What we collect

When you visit this site, we may collect standard technical information such as your IP address, browser and device type, pages you view, and actions you take (for example, booking a consultation call). If you contact us or book a call, we also collect the name, email address, phone number, and details you choose to share.

Advertising measurement (Meta Pixel)

This site uses the Meta Pixel, provided by Meta Platforms, Inc. (Facebook and Instagram), to measure how our ads perform. The pixel shares your IP address, browser information, and on-page actions (such as page views, completed bookings, and contact form submissions) with Meta for two purposes: measurement (understanding whether our ads lead to bookings) and ad optimization (helping Meta show our ads to people more likely to find them useful).

In regions where the law requires it, the Meta Pixel only runs after you accept advertising cookies in our consent banner. Wherever you are, ad platforms still count ad clicks and impressions on their own services.

Google Ads booking measurement

We use Google Ads to measure completed free consultation bookings and help Google optimize our ads toward bookings. Google may receive technical information, including your IP address, browser information, page URLs and ad-click identifiers, along with a booking conversion and booking identifier. We do not send your name, email address, phone number or enquiry text to Google for customer matching.

Google tracking is blocked until you accept in regions requiring consent, including the EEA, UK, Switzerland, Brazil and Canada, or when your location cannot be determined. Canada is treated as a whole because our location check cannot identify Quebec separately. Elsewhere tracking runs unless you decline. Declining or withdrawing permission stops future reporting; previously blocked bookings are not sent later. Ad platforms still count clicks and impressions on their own services. Cal.com records bookings independently of advertising measurement.

Your browser stores your latest choice, the time, the notice version and prior choices so a withdrawal does not erase your earlier permission record. Change your choice through Cookie Settings in the home page footer. Learn more about how Google uses information.

Scheduling

Consultation booking is provided by Cal.com. When you book, the details you enter are processed by Cal.com to schedule your call, under Cal.com's own privacy policy.

Your choices and how to withdraw consent

You can accept or decline advertising cookies at any time. To change your choice, open Cookie Settings in the footer of any page and update your selection — your new choice applies immediately. Declining cookies does not affect your ability to use this site or book a call.
